Online reservations are available 24 hours a day up to 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The time required from reception to completing the kimono rental and departure is approximately 30~50 minutes. The exact duration may vary based on the chosen plan and the crowd on the day.

The reserved time slot corresponds to the starting time of your kimono dressing. We kindly ask that you arrive 5~15 minutes before the scheduled time to complete the check-in procedure and choose any additional coordination options for the day. Same-day reservations for kimono and yukata rentals are also accepted based on availability. Please inquire about same-day reservations, considering the current availability.
We accept cancellations or changes to your reservation free of charge until 6:00 PM the day before your reservation date. Please note that cancellations after 6:00 PM the day before will incur a cancellation fee.

Please arrive at our store 5~15 minutes before your reserved time. If your arrival time is more than 10 minutes off or if there are any delays, please contact us. The access to the store, please refer to the store guide page on our website. All the necessary accessories for kimono rental are provided, so feel free to come empty-handed. However, during colder seasons, we recommend wearing warm inner layers, such as Heat-Tech material.

During check-in, we will confirm your kimono rental or yukata rental plan and provide information on optional accessories for the kimono. We also offer adding extra options, or modify your reservation plan, so if you wish to make any changes, please inform us on the day of your visit. In addition, if you decide to rent a kimono on the same day and visit us directly, we will be happy to assist you. Payment can be made in cash, credit cards, or electronic money.

While we can accommodate same-day check-ins based on availability, please be aware that priority will be given to those with reservations. We appreciate your understanding.

You can choose from over 200 rental kimonos. Unless it’s crowded, we’ll be happy to provide advice on the rental kimono and obi, ensuring a worry-free coordination on the day.

Feel free to come empty-handed. Experienced kimono dressers will assist you in dressing in rental kimono or yukata for your dressing. There is no specific item you need to prepare, but during cold seasons, we recommend wearing warm materials like Heat-Tech as inner layers. If you are concerned about walking in zori sandals, you can bring boots or other comfortable footwear for added peace of mind while exploring.

If you choose a plan that includes the hair styling service, our hairstylists will perform a hair set suitable for the kimono after the kimono dressing. Hair styling is complimentary and included within all plans except for the Basic Plan. You can enjoy unlimited use of hair accessories. Regardless of hair length, our stylist can accommodate, so feel free to leave it to the stylist on the day.

You will be able to choose zori or geta that suits to your rental kimono or yukata. At 1115uncinq, we take great care in providing carefully selected zori to match each outfit. In addition to the complimentary drawstring bag, we also offer an optional larger bag that can comfortably accommodate a large wallet for an additional fee of +500 yen (tax included).

We can keep your unnecessary belongings when renting a kimono for sightseeing. We can store all items, including suitcases and strollers. We also offer lockers with keys for your convenience.

Kyoto Kimono Rental 1115uncinq is conveniently located for sightseeing. After changing to kimono, please enjoy walking around the nearby tourist spots. There are also various sightseeing attractions and restaurants in the vicinity, allowing you to explore kimono until the return time.

Please return the rental kimono by the final return time (5:30 PM). The next-day return service is also available for an additional fee of 1,000 yen (tax included). A separate deposit of 5,000 yen (tax included) is required in cash (refundable upon returning the rental kimono).

If the return is not made within the designated time, a late fee will be incurred. The deadline for next-day return service is until 5:30 PM on the day following the rental date.
